Who am I?
Hello! Welcome to my page. My name is Patrick and I’m a freelance photographer, designer, and videogamer born and raised in Philadelphia.  I picked up Photoshop at a very young age creating graphics and signatures for online forums.

Fast forward several years of dabbling, I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Fine Arts in 2015. I had decided that art and design was too big of a part of me for me to ignore, I had to create things. During my time in college, I had solely been focusing on graphic design until I had bought my first camera: The Canon T4i. Little did I know, this hobby of mine became of my biggest passions. I started taking classes for photography and had rigorously started experimenting with my camera. Prisms, broken mirrors, windows, I put all of that in front of my camera!  Fast forward to 2017, photography and design are still a huge part of my life today. Each picture taken is like a fresh canvas that is waiting to be painted.

What have you been working on lately?
Currently, I am doing freelance work for photography and design in the Greater Philadelphia Area. I’ll be updating my design portfolio again to search for a full-time designer position, but you can find a collection of photos of Philadelphia from the last year here.  If you want to be up to date for the latest prints and images, check out my instagram!

Why photography and graphic design?
I think the creative field is a very multi-disciplinary field, and you’ll find many designers and artists have a second skill in addition to their main one! For me, graphic design and photography intersect each other often, and you see that come out a lot in my photography via lines and shapes. Conceptual portraits with manipulations of form and color is some of my favorite work.

I’ve never been in a shoot before though.
No worries if you don’t have any experience posing or modeling. Most people don’t, so I understand why people may shy from the camera. I’m here to help you feel comfortable, and I’ll help readjust your hands and body to get the most natural photo of you!
