Hello! My name is Pat and I was a gamer before I was a photographer! My first game system was a Super Nintendo and on that console I was introduced to some of the most influential titles in gaming like Super Metroid, Megaman X, Super Mario World and eventually classics like Final Fantasy VII, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and more! I still find time to play some of the newer titles that come out today, (FFX, Cuphead, Undertale). It’s been really amazing to see the evolution of gaming and to see how beautiful stories unfold through this platform. I’m also a big anime enthusiast, with some of my favorites being Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, Samurai Champloo, and Death Note. I’m a little behind on my anime!
With all that said though, I’m a photographer and graphic designer that enjoys going to these events and I am happy to say that I will be attending Katsucon 2018. I would love to work together to create some amazing images and help your vision come true for your cosplay photos.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
For those interested in booking, please fill out this Google Forms doc and I will get back to you asap to schedule our time together! Payment will be in cash, Paypal or via the payment application Venmo. There will be a cancellation fee for those who cancel within 2 week of the convention, so please do let me know earlier if anything comes up. Please understand it takes a lot of time and effort to research each cosplay and finding a proper setting to shoot photos, which has all already been done before we meet in person!
SOCIAL MEDIA USAGE
I hope everyone will be excited to post images up on social media, but it is always a bad surprise when the credit isn’t there or the pre-edited image is posted up! Please please don’t post up the pre-edit photo as it is not representative of the quality of the final product or brand.
EDITS & DIGITAL IMAGE USAGE
Within 3 days of the event ending, I will send you a preview gallery of unedited images to choose from. Please review them and email me back the filenames!
For those getting the enthusiast package ($60) heavy edits include photo-manipulations of effects, retouching, tone / contrast adjustments, fire/light effects and well the whole extra yard. I’ve been a photo-manipulator longer than I’ve been photographing and I know edits take a long time so please expect about a 2 – 3 week turnaround depending on the edits and amount of shoots. If you’re looking for a quicker turnaround, you can expedite your photos for a fee of $20.
The swift fan package ($40) will have retouching and heavy tone adjustments still but without the heavier photo-manipulation found in the enthusiast package.
For those who are interested in prints, personal prints are allowed. Print publications or commercial prints will require a commercial license. So please e-mail me at vinh.patrick@gmail.com to request a print license.
LATENESS
For those that are late during the booking time, your time will deducted from the time that we have scheduled together so please do your best to be own time! I know sometimes there are mishaps that happen during the craziness so I will do my best to accommodate.
